By downloading, installing, or using WimFit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WimFit is a workout tracking application that allows you to log workouts, create training plans, track personal records, and view progress. All data is stored locally on your device.
WimFit offers a free tier and a paid "WimFit Pro" tier available as an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
A 14-day free trial of Pro features is provided automatically on first use. After the trial expires, Pro features are locked unless a subscription is active.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
WimFit provides a 14-day free trial of Pro features. The trial begins automatically when you first use the app and is tied to your Apple ID. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial expires, you may continue using WimFit's free features or subscribe to WimFit Pro.
You retain ownership of all data you create in WimFit, including workout logs, custom exercises, and training plans. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code. You may not redistribute or resell the App.
WimFit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. WimFit is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zealand IT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
